Everything was explained about the procedure.
The administration arrived late - so the appointments run late.
Perhaps all time in recovery for me, what have been appreciated.

Staff are attentive.
Engaging and polite.
Endeavor put me at ease (I was having a colonoscopy) during the procedure.
Would be helpful, if able to advice how wait will be once changed and when procedure will start.
